dont take sleeping pills!! you can egt dependent on them and then you wont be able to sleep at all without them. go to sleep at 6am and set your alarm clock for 10am, then when it gose off, get up!! you will be tired all day but by the time it gets to 11pm go to bed ad you will be able to go to sleep. set your alarm again and get up at 10. make sue you wake up everyday at 10 and get into bed at 11. your body will soon ajust so you dont need the alarm anymore! :)
